I stopped by the Botetourt office today to schedule an appointment. I was assisted by Samantha at the front desk. She was a great help. She was able and eager to answer all of my questions. She even checked on my insurance coverage and this gave me peace of mind. I am looking forward to my appointment. I also looked at frames and received help immediately. The office staff in both areas are fantastic. Thank you.

Pat, Sarah Smith and Dr. Boothe were beyond phenomenal! They took me in right away despite having a full schedule since I was advised to go to the ER by another establishment. They calmed my fears and let me know that my diagnosis was less severe than anticipated. Thank you so much for your professionalism, kindness and outstanding care!

The staff here are excellent! Pat and Sarah Smith were amazing helping my husband when he showed up with an emergency.

From the time I made an appointment to walking out the door after my appointment, it was such a pleasant experience. I can't say enough about the care of everyone I was in contact with.

This is my second year with Eye Care & Surgery, and I have to say that I've no complaints at all with the staff or Doctor Schaubach. Everyone I encountered was happy, smiling and attentive. I enjoyed my visit once again and highly recommend them, which I did to my neighbor and she looks forward to her visit next month.
